Forgot password Use 'Forgot Password' link to reset

Email Not Verified

New accounts must verify their email before logging in.

Inbox Look for 'Verify your ElkQR account' email
Spam folder Search for 'elkqr' or 'hello@elkqr.com'
Resend Try signing up again with the same email

Account Suspended

Cause Solution
Payment failed Click Billing in the sidebar and update payment method
Policy violation Contact hello@elkqr.com
Inactive account Contact support to reactivate
