Here's what you can control.
Every team member gets one of two base roles:

Control which QR codes and folders each team member can see:

| Selected Folders Only | Access only to specific folders and their QR codes |
| Selected QR Codes Only | Access only to individually selected QR codes |
Fine-tune what team members can do beyond basic access:

Control what actions team members can take on individual QR codes:

When bulk operations are enabled, control which bulk actions are allowed:

Control which custom domains team members can use for their QR codes:

| All Custom Domains | Can use any custom domain in the workspace |
| Selected Domains | Can only use specific custom domains you choose |
| No Custom Domains | Can only use the default elkqr.link domain |
Tip
Start with minimal permissions and add more as needed. You can always update permissions later from the Team tab in Settings.
