Update Your Profile

Your company moved offices. Your phone number changed. You need invoices with your VAT ID for tax purposes. Keep your profile current so your account information stays accurate for billing, analytics, and QR code scheduling.

Accessing Your Profile

Click My Profile in the sidebar to open your profile settings.

Personal Information

Field Description
Full Name Your display name shown across the platform
User ID Unique identifier (cannot be changed)
Email Account email - contact support to update (link below)
Phone Contact number for your account
Company Your company or organization name
VAT ID For EU business invoicing

Contact support to update your email address.

Region (State) Yes
City Yes
Address Line 1 Yes

Preferences

Setting Description
Timezone All dates and times displayed throughout your account are based on this setting (defaults to UTC)
Account Language Language for profile, billing, and account pages

After making changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the section.

Set your timezone correctly so all dates and times display accurately for your location.
